Is billing per user or per workspace?
Per workspace. One subscription covers your entire team — no per-seat fees on Free or Pro. Everyone in the workspace gets access to all plan features.
What is the 15-day free trial?
Every new workspace automatically gets 15 days of Pro features — no credit card required. After 15 days, if you haven't subscribed, the workspace reverts to the Free plan. Your data stays intact.
What happens when my subscription expires?
You get a 7-day grace period with full access. After that, your workspace is locked — your Private vault remains accessible, but shared groups are blocked. If locked for 3 months, shared group data is permanently deleted. We send warnings well in advance.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from within the app at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 27% on Pro and 26% on Business compared to monthly. Switch to annual billing at any time from your account settings.
What is live-only vault access on Business?
On Business and Custom plans, vault leases last only 15 minutes and codes are never cached on device. This ensures that even if a device is lost or compromised, credentials cannot be extracted after the lease expires.
